Worst Part About Your Anxiety?
One of the things I've learned on my anxiety journey is how it impacts and affects others.
For me personally, I've found I can manage the thoughts more or less, but the adrenaline rushes and constant feelings of being on edge are my worst enemy. Even now as I write this, my brain is "fine" but my fight-or-flight is constantly activated, which leaves me exhausted. The kicker is I lose my appetite so I risk being ever more tired.
Regardless, anxiety is a cruel thing and I sincerely wish the best for all of us who deal with it constantly.
