M5C Clicking Noise

I read on Ankermake’s site and on Reddit that this clicking noise meant that the hot end needed to be replaced. I bought a new hot end, and after one print.. I’m having the same issue again. No filament being extruded and the clicking noise persists. I can’t even get the filament to retract. Anyone have any idea what’s wrong with this thing?

I’ve tried to upload a video 5 times and it’s not working for whatever reason.
