Anyone else's favorite thing to do in AC?

My favorite activity is simply acquiring money. Bells, nook miles, just whatever. My gf loves to dress up and decorate her house and her island but for me I only care about primarily catching and selling things. Which works out because I'll regularly be like "would you like a million bells? I've got more than I know what to do with" lol. But Since my shop is closed today for renovation I'm not even bothering to play 😅 she said "just set everything outside and sell it tomorrow" like you don't get it .. it'll be like 500 items set outside. Is there really no way to sell stuff on renovation days??? 😭
