Digestive Issues

I have been eating pretty strict AB for a month or two now. I mainly eat eggs and ground beef, with some dairy and a lot of fruit. However, I notice that the more fruit I eat, the more digestive issues I have. This has been weird for me because I have had digestive issues for pretty much as long as I can remember, but it’s frustrating for me because I love fruits and it messes with me mentally to have to “restrict” in my diet. I want to be able to just listen to my body and my cravings, but when I do it seems that I can tend to overdo it and give myself bloating/diarrhea/constipation. I guess I don’t really know the point of this post other than to just discuss my experiences. I love this way of eating, and it seems like I will go periods of a week or two where I feel great. I eat whatever I want (meat, eggs, fruit), but then I’ll have days where I eat a LOT of fruit and end up with issues.
