I kind understand why Keigan and Kieren hates Jay-Jay

Cause Imagine your father wanting to abduct your youngest brother and ended up killing your mother and somehow, your brother is so smitten with his love interest? I do understand that Jay - Jay's safety is also important but this is where I find Kiefer's character half - baked. He's claiming that he want to England to better himself for Jay - Jay but what about his family? It's seems like his world revolves around Jay - Jay too much. 2nd, Keigan is obviously crying for help to the point that he had to give Jay - Jay the KEY to his bedroom. I understand that he's afraid that Keigan will take it badly if he sends him to a psyche ward but if he is putting other people to harm because of his multiple personality disorder, then he should step up as his brother and do what's best for him and Kieren sees it all, how dismissive he is both to them, so it's not a surprise that they don't feel important and think that they're his last priority.

Kieffer talks big about being a Watson but doesn't seem to understand his responsibility as the Watson's heir. Yuri's out there fighting for his Mom's life and trying to get out whatever setup he's currently under in, Jay-Jay tryna work out and bring her memories back to help her mom's case and Kiefer so stuck about his love life and his classmates' life. Lara should really polish how she's writing her characters. In book 3, we should be seeing how her characters are growing and maturing but it feels all so stagnant.
