Should I get blood drawn with a ferritin of 10 ng/ml?

Extremely nervous to get labs done as I've read it can lower ferritin. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, he wanted labs done before this visit and I totally forgot about it until today.

Considering my level, should I? If not, has anyone had experience getting blood drawn then feeling even more miserable? I already feel like absolute trash that's why I'm scared to even get the blood work done!
