How are we supposed to play Anaxa?

Now that V3 is out and assuming he doesn’t get big changes in v4/5 (i hope he gets buffs) how are we gonna play him?

Is it better for him to be a subdps for herta? Or as a hypercarry?

Like what is his best team?
