Why I don't think Amy is "Jaz" . The ears had noticeable differences

I can't help but notice that the image on the left has an indent on the upper ear and a wide lower part of the ear. The image on the right, "jaz" has an overall smaller ear that tapers down and lacks the indent and width compared to the first image. I know people's ears change with age but they usually grow bigger with age and not smaller. It's mostly the indent that catches my eye.
