Feedback

At the end of your flex shift, do you all provide feedback with questions like, "How was your delivery today - easy, somewhat easy, or difficult?" or "How easy was the in-app map navigation?" I don't mind giving my input, as I do it regularly. But does it actually make a difference? Sometimes I face particularly challenging routes, spending the entire 4-hour shift without any spare time with 120 miles. I also report issues like "wrongly grouped packages." Does Amazon follow up on this with the relevant depot?
