I dislike otp

I am a customer and I ordered a computer for school and got a notification that I had a one time password for when they come and I thought that's gonna be no problem because I thought they would email me or something when the driver was there so I could go downstairs. they said that the driver was coming between 3:45 or 6:45 so I got excited until I went on Amazon and I said your order was unable to be received so I texted customer support asking them if I was supposed to get a notification when they come they said no and I was asking them how I know when they are there they said they should knock on my door so I just let amazon reship it next day it says nobody was their anybody got any other websites I could use to buy my packages from
