AIO my BF negotiates with me about new bra

I (26f) wanted to buy a bra, but my BF (27m) screamed, "NO NO NO NOOOOO" & pulled out his penis & held scissors to it & threatened to cut off his penis if I wore a bra.

So we compromised and I just wore a bra over one of my boobs while he only cut off the head of his penis. But now he's angry at me because I decided not to keep wearing my new bra, but his penis head was in the trash & has already been picking up by the garbage truck.

His anger makes me wonder if I should regret buying a bra. So, I'm making a frowny face. AIO?

For context, his penis head was about 3/4 of the total length of his penis, so without it now his penis is only 2" long with just a crusty scab on the end.
