Price adjustment experience

I confidently chose products under the “Choice” umbrella because of the “benefits” but I’m utterly disappointment as a first time buyer. The Price Adjustment feature takes forever to process and give your adjusted refund (over a month waiting), and the communication with AliExpress and the sellers about the delays of some item are all robotic and pretty much AI. Needless to say is a pain to get refunds, half of my order has been delayed for two weeks now and is almost impossible for AliExpress to agree on refunding my money to the point I feel scammed! Never trusting this app again
