FYI: (Alienware X17) Windows 11 Disable "Virtual Machine Platform" to get AWCC OC controls and Throttlestop to work again.

This applies to any system running Windows 11. If you have been playing around with Windows subsystem for Linux, the root issue of OC Controls not working or Throttlestop not working is because of "Virtual Machine Platform" being enabled in Windows features. If you disable "Virtual Machine Platform" those programs will work correctly again because CPU and GPU registers will be accessible to them. You do not have to do anything else except disable "Virtual Machine Platform" in Windows features.
