Alienware replacement. Replaced motherboard 3 times and keyboard assy 2 times.

So as you can see from my last post, I allowed the service team to send two more service technicians even though I didn't have to. Reason being I needed my laptop working so bad due to my end sem exam and Thesis writing going on.
Long story short nothing fixed the issue and today they tried to raise an issue for again replacing the LCD screen and coz after motherboard replacement and 10 min into testing LCD stopped working thank god the technician was here. i made him call the support team and after a while service guy left.
I waited till evening for a response call but didn't get any. tried reaching them again and they were rude. Then they shared a replacement mail. i didn't wanted 18 inch laptop with 4.6 kg weight. i tried asking for 17 inch or 16 inch but they said its either this or refund.
I could really use some help here to understand is this a good deal. A new laptop will be built (that is what i was informed) and it will take 25-30 days. so i don't have a laptop till this month end. what are the opinions on the new machine ? any one having the same spec? please comment your thoughts
PS: now I need to get a new bag, and also upgrade ram(As I did upgrade the old 16 GB to 64 GB after purchase.)
