Mito Quadrifoglio 1.4, help!

Hi everyone, I'm interested in buying an Alfa Romeo Mito 1.4 Quadrifoglio 2015 automatic transmission (43000km), but I live in a country without official Alfa Romeo support, which makes spare parts hard to come by and raises serious reliability concerns for me.
