He started to pull a weapon on me and let one of his dogs attack mine (the one running towards him at the beginning of the video). All because I told him he needs to leash them while in public, even if they are supposedly "in training." Me pulling out my phone is probably the only reason my dog and I left workout any injuries. He seems to frequent parks around Eubank and Candelaria, so be careful if you go to any of them.
