This so weird. The game have been behaving this way. Is this normal.

When i enable RT. The power draw goes down rather than going up. The performance goes down. Down to 15fps. Is a pretty slide show. I just wonder why doesn't the gpu get to use more power limit. It can go up to 380w

Or that's just how the engine is with amd GPUs
