Air National Guard, Reserve, or Navy

Thank you for all help on my previous post, I have come to the conclusion my options to gautentee I get ATC is either air National Gautd, Air Reserve, Or Navy. Other then the Navy I barley know the first thing about the others, other then I think they can gaurentee me ATC but im not sure how. can somebody give me some direction? Thank you all!
