Anybody else can’t run even if their life depended on it?
Currently in DEP don’t have a shipping date yet. I am good on pushups and sit ups but for some reason I can’t seem to get my running going. Currently run a 1.5 any where between 14.50 all the way to 16 minutes. It’s very inconsistent and depends on the day, I am thinking my diet and terrible sleeping schedule may be playing a factor as well. I am not overweight or anything but I do gas out fairly easily. Currently running 1.5 - 2 miles 3-4 times a week. Any quick tips to help with getting better would be appreciated. I plan on going hard this next month.
