Windows 10 logging me out of everything and deleting my files

Today I was in the middle of drawing something and my battery died. I didn't think anything of it at first, but when I turned my computer back on, and logged in, I found that everything had been reset.

The wallpaper was changed, my files were gone, and I was logged out of all my accounts.

I tried logging back into Microsoft, but that didn't fix the issue. It wouldn't even be that big of a deal(as I backed most of my drawings) if it wasn't for the fact that it would reset everything again once I shut the computer down.

Can someone help?
