Does this make sense?

I have a friend. He says that’s being around other people spirit messes with his energy. He can’t focus on himself because he’s too busy trying to help me. I’m the energy he can be around. I don’t say anything disrespectful or discouraging to him. From what he says I’m just not talking about growth around him or moving in a progressive way in his eyes so that’s messing with him focusing on him. Because he’s focus on me.
