Calorie deficit while lifting

Female. Age 33, 170-172 pounds 5’6 and a half with 30% body fat. My maintenance calories prior to starting my cut were around 2100. I started a cut on January 5th and pretty consistently have been eating 1750 calories a day since then while still lifting weights (I do a 4 day split with one low impact cardio day). I have not been able to increase weight until this week for my upper body and haven’t at all for lower. I have noticed the past two weeks I seem way way more tired and hungry than normal . My question is …should I increase calories even though my goal is fat loss? I’m torn between body recomp and losing fat to get my body fat percentage down… help please!
