I did really stupid thing. Need help

So my parrents pressured me into selling wolt gear one random person send me email that they will send courier for it to pick it up. So I didn't mind I stated my address name and account number. They send me phishing link to fill in my bank details. I've got suspicious and cancelled it. Told them to call me on cell phone and they didn't respond. I'm shitting myself righ now. Should I be scared?
