New Project Administrator for an architecture firm

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so please direct me to the appropriate subreddit for this if not, but I’m just looking to get some tips/tricks/advice on being a project administrator for an architectural firm. I have no experience with this, and they know that. I’ve been in this for a month now and haven’t received a ton of training. I’ve been studying terms and acronyms and processes and things like that, but if anyone could help, I would appreciate it! Just want to be good at this job and learn quickly. They utilize Newforma, Deltek, and Speclink.

Thank you!
