slim and trim???

so i looked this company up and can someone tell me why someone of adele’s size is buying meals from a slim and trim low calorie plan?! this just screams even more that she’s got body dysmorphia issues, the distorting poses and constantly sucking in to make herself look thin and then eating meals from a weight loss plan???
