Predator sense not working

Predatorsense hasn’t been working for me. When i go into the app i cannot change any settings. I can’t change between daily, gaming or stealth modes, in app or by pressing the button on the keyboard. The fans also never change speed or even start up. Lastly the keyboard lighting isnt working. I already downloaded the latest drivers from the Acer website, that worked for a few days then stopped working again. Anyone know a fix?
