Post accutane

After 4 years of acne troubles, I finally bit the bullet and went to a derm and got prescribed accutane. I know this is quite a while away as I just started but was wondering how common is the relapse of acne after finishing. Just wondering as I went to a private derm in the UK which is quite expensive and don’t really want to spend this all again.
