Positive experience with Abilify?

I was just prescribed 5mg of Abilify to pair with my current prescription of lexapro to help curb cycles of subtle mood swings. I keep reading all of these horror stories from others while taking it — eg. weight gain, irritability, vision, didn’t help root cause, etc. I understand these are potential side effects but has anyone on here had a positive experience with Abilify?
