Does the restlessness go away?

I've been on 5mg for nearly a week now, and I find myself so restless and squirmy, and it drives me crazy and somewhat leaves me irritable. Doesn't help I got a sciatica flare-up once I started taking this. Please tell me this gets better. I do have an appointment this week with my physician, thankfully.
