MU food court closed early on Friday

Yesterday I was going to MU to grab some food but when I reached at MU I found out that every restaurant including Starbucks was closed early at 7 pm yesterday usually they are all open until 9 even on Fridays but yesterday they closed early at 7 pm. Can anyone tell me why?
