Is there a way to permanently juvi?

I birthed this Andrew that I absolutely fell in love with, she's so freaking cute. The pic makes her look more grey than she really is, but I think she looks like a candy cane!

Anyway, i adore her and would love to keep her at this stage (visually), and keep her in my house as a little puppy!

Is there a way to do this for real? I saw others talking about not feeding/balancing health but that just seems so complicated. I don't want to mess with anything like that. I just very simply want her to be at this stage permanently.
