how do i review for bio finals..

hi everyone! my final exam for bio is coming up but im not sure how to review for it. when studying for the unit tests, i mainly used flashcards, which worked well. but now, as im reviewing, i find that just using flashcards isn't doing the trick, as my knowledge and connections from each unit aren't as strong anymore. im not sure how i should review every unit before my exam. do i rewrite my notes? write practice exams? thug it out?? if anyone has some study tips please let me know
