Cursed with a baby face

Just posting this here to see if anyone deals with the same thing. I'm in my mid-twenties, definitely have a baby face, smooth skin, etc. I found this one MT I really really like. She gives great massages and great stuff after. Only problem, she makes me feel like a kid lol. She always pinches my cheeks, says I'm cute, says I have "such small hands" (tf?). First time I went she gave me a pile of snacks and candy with my water when I left. This time she was literally feeding me chocolates during the session, a piece of gum at the end, and then filled my pockets with snacks. She also dresses me which just weirds me out. Like, I'm an adult I can just put my clothes on. She's a bit older and very skilled, but she makes me feel like she's my auntie. I've had similar experiences at just about every place I've gone to, but this one surpasses them all. Part of me loves it because it makes me feel really loved and cared for. On the other hand, I find the attention too much and just want to "do the deed" and move on. Anyone else?
