Random white flicker on screen

Description of Original Problem: After months of tries, I have finally succeeded in purchasing a 6700 XT from AMD.com. I am very happy with my new GPU, but I have a small problems: sometimes, the screen randomly flickers white, especially while I am playing, but also while I am watching Twitch or YT. I have tried some possible solutions.
Troubleshooting:
- I installed the AMD Software and their driver;
- Because before the 6700 XT I had a GTX 750 Ti, I have also uninstalled the older drivers;
- I fixed the monitor reresh rate, from a strange "59,940 Hz" to a normal "60,000 Hz";
- I have also reinstalled the drivers, but nothing happened.
This is not a "real" problem, it happens just a few times in a game session, but it is very annoying. I have a dual monitor setup, and the main one, the one that flickers, is a 27" [4K@60Hz](mailto:4K@60Hz) (Philips 276E8VJSB). What should I do to fix this? Is a graphics card problem or it is related to the monitor? Thank you!
