Upgrading from Ryzen 5 5600X

Looking to upgrade my 5600X CPU to a 5800X/T/3D or better within the AM4 socket line-up. I'm fine staying in AM4 for the time being just want to upgrade to something with some more cores. Currently have b550 msi b550 mobo, with 750W corsair psu, rtx 3080, 32gb ddr4 trident ram. Just want to know difference with all of the 5800 line up and if the XT is worth the price or should I hunt for a 3D variant or even go for a 5900. Thanks in advance.
