Help regarding upgrade

This is my first post so im sorry in advance if it looks bad

I was thinking of upgrading my pc and i can take two following routes:
Upgrading from ryzen 5 5600 --> ryzen 7 5700x3d (i don't plan on switching to AM5 anytime soon)
or
Upgrading from rx 6700xt --> rx 7800xt
Right now i play at 1080p but i plan on switching to 1440p. Im just wondering which upgrade will net me more of a performance boost. I pretty much play random games (minecraft, baldurs gate, cs2, for honor, metro, helldivers 2)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: i also play tarkov which is very cpu intensive*
