AITA my woman friend did not come to my birthday party and I’m not sure if I want to be her friend.

Woman friend I’ve known for 2 years and we are quite close. She was going to come, though changed her mind on the day of and said she felt uncomfortable as she was going to be the only woman to arrive. I always go to her parties and this was the first time I was hosting. There was one other girl at the party who she did not know. Party was about 15 people. I’m not sure if that is a valid reason to skip the party altogether. Gut feeling doesn’t feel good about her decision but would appreciate your thoughts.
