Mikola's Charm Bonus not working + Enemy Viperion in afk stage pushing not being affected by Eironn's ult.

From my understanding, Mikola's charm is supposed to work like Brutus shield when her "HP falls below 30% for the first time", but most of the time she just dies instantly without it even activating. I've only seen it working around once in every 5 retries. Is this some coding error or wording error that if she dies too quickly above 30% it won't trigger?

Viperion on the other hand does not get sucked in Eironn's ult. I've already tried it both manually and using auto-battle, neither of which works.
Edit: Forgot to mention they get sucked in the replay for recommend teams.
