What food are you currently hyper-fixating on?

As we know, with having ADHD, sometimes we have a tendency to hyper-fixate on a certain food and eat it until we can’t stand the thought of it and then we avoid it for however long. My food hyper-fixation has been toast with butter. It’s so good! It’s crunchy and has a nutty flavor. Absolutely delicious and so satisfying (not filling though 🫤). I make it throughout the day and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

What’s your current food hyper-fixation?

Edit: Before toast, it was cottage cheese topped with triple berry blend and drizzled with honey. So good!
