Painful flexion?

15 days post op. I’ve been weight bearing since the beginning with no flexion restrictions. My only concern is I still struggle to even dangle my leg while sitting in a chair, despite the doctor saying I could. When I bend more than maybe 30 degrees I start getting little pangs of pain around my patella. It’s also like I’m more capable of getting to 45 or more in the morning and as the days goes on it gets more stiff, even after icing and my other exercises. Do you guys just push through the little pangs of pain until actual “ouch that really hurts” pang? Or how did you improve the flexion range. Thanks
