Strategies for mental block

Context - I’m a basketball coach and work with women’s basketball players and have been learning about how women’s anatomy increases frequency of tears.

I’m in the process of learning as much as I can about preventing ACL tears and incorporating that knowledge into how I train players. What I’ve discovered is reading and watching videos on this makes me really anxious about my own body - I’ve never even come close to tearing my ACL.

What are strategies you’ve used? I’m sure there is something applicable in there for me as I continue to gather information and figure out how to apply it on-court, not to mention coaching the players who have torn their ACL.
