2 years of DIY HRT

I lot of people talk about DIY HRT, here's what I did.

Started at 16, as soon as I could work. (the reason I got away with so much of this is because I used to live alone with my mom(Dad alive, just divorced), and have decent big brother so she doesn't think I'm her only successor)

Doctor found out when she checked my blood work to prescribe hrt, the only reason it didn't go bad was because I was 18.

DOSAGE:

4mg estradiol under the tongue.

100mg of Spironolactone.

After six months I added progesterone.

PROS:

-high estrogen blood level.

- whr went from 0.82 -> 0.68 (Without surgery, I did a lot of other stuff too) Then I got a lv bbl and it went further down.

-shoulder width shrunk by an inch due to muscle atrophy.

-Almost 4" of bust growth and and was still growing. (I'm a 6+ height hon so this isn't that impressive)

-Shrunk by 4cm

-Hand feminization, I think I lucked out because I had naturally long nail beds.

-Other obvious changes.

CONS:

-Doctors finding out before diagnosis would have had serious consequences.

-Guardian needs to be retarded to allow this to happen.

-If some issues come up, you have to rely on your self diagnosis skills.

-Visit to doctor for any kind of medical emergency would end the "adventure"

-You can't get sick, ever! Mixing medication is not a good idea.

-Getting blood testing done is really hard.

-You're always paranoid about your health because of the reasons mentioned above, for example spiro was messing with my water retention and I thought I was gonna die.

-Blood clots are a game over, the symptoms are so vague that you'd never know before you're dead/paralyzed. Didn't happen to me but I was always looking for signs.

TBH, I think it's not a good idea for everyone because you basically can't get sick till you get diagnosed or turn 18.

A better way to do it is to get diagnosed and DIY after hondose.
