MSET 9 stuck on extra data management loading screen

I tried to mod my 3ds for the first time ever, and I got to the point where I need to insert the SD card in the 3ds while on extra data management, but the console is stuck on the loading screen and idk how to resolve this. I did not press any button or touched the screen while doing that sorry for bad english
