Plastic won't unstick.

I have a ender 3 s1 plus and I'm kinda new to 3d printing (i'm 2 months in and lovin it!) and I now started messing with printing quality and cura parameters because I needed a small print that wasn't happening with the recommended settings/supports.

The print wasn't sticking to the plate so I sprayed some hair fixing spray on the plate(already done it before), tried adding a skirt along the support structure, still getting unstuck from the plate.

So I started messing with print parameters and I changed the print profile to super quality, added a skirt and some tree supports, messed with the overhang angle parameters and voila! Printed a really good quality piece but left this horrible plastic leftover that I cant seem to get off, tried scraping with some plastic spatula and I quickly stopped because it looked like I was gonna ruin the plate.

If you need any more info to help me feel free to ask, I'm still new to this stuff.
