Creality K1 - extrusion problems

Hi everyone, Does anyone have an idea why I’m having printing problems on the first layer with my Creality K1? I have the impression that there is a problem with the extrusion problem. I had to push the spool by hand to get the filament out of the nozzle and a « normal print » for the bottom left zone. Basic settings used (220/50) for hyper PLA, 0.4mm nozzle. Could I try printing with a 0.6 or 0.8 nozzle?
