3x A1 minis vs 1x P1S
I have a small business producing designs for production. Perfecting a component often takes many iterations and the parts range from 25x15x75mm up to 125x650x650mm in size. The larger parts have to be printed in sections and joined together. I print only with PLA.
Given that an A1 mini is around £170, is it wise strategy to build up an arsenal of maybe 3 of these machines to speed up my workflow? The smaller print-bed would mean spending more time splitting and joining medium to larger parts but on the upside it would increase the throughput of printing.
I’m not sure if this is a false economy or a smart move.
For the same money I could get a P1S or two more A1s.
The P1S is appealing as sometimes my prints peel at the corners.
