Help a newb out please

Hey folks I'm printing this off for a friend's son using a p1s with ams and this bleed is driving me insane, I've changed the wall loops, changed the purge settings, no purge to infill etc and I just can't get the dark line to go away, is there something I'm doing wrong or should I do a different colour? Any help would be appreciated
