Convert .3mf to .stl file possible?

Answered: have found a way to convert. I have no experience whatsoever with this, so hop I did it right.

Hi y'all, I have skeet shooting as a hobby and I want to have a custom (colored) extension for my stock. (Beretta 694).

One of the members of my club has a 3d printer and was willing to make one for me for free. So I am grateful for that and don't want him to spend a lot of time on top of printing it. Hence I searched for a downloadable file online, he needs .stl, but I can only find a .3mf file, which he claims he can use as is, but not modify.

Is there a way to convert one to the other, or directions to a reliable website to source a .stl file for a Beretta 694 stock extension or spacer?
