Shipping the test kit,

I would love to get some help on this from another european. Because i just dont know how to mail the package back to the lab..

I got my package and spit in the tube, so when i go to return it, they say the barcode on the returnlabel Isn’t in the system. Does anybody know which courier accepts PostNL in Denmark?
