Mobile remote: anyone have success using a Bluetooth mouse like this one?

Has anybody used a mouse like this with a tablet to play OSRS mobile?

In an effort to continue the “no xp wasted” life, I’d like to use a Bluetooth mouse like this when I’m on a treadmill, but have never used one.

I don’t have one of these right now and would rather not go through the hassle of buying one and it not work. I know I could use a regular wireless mouse, but obviously hard to accurately click if I’m using my leg or something to move the mouse while running.
